Christina Johnson, Multimedia Editor
I joined the Lowell publication after going to an information meeting. I wanted to become a reporter, but everyone in the information meeting raised their hand to become a photographer...being too shy to be the only one interested in reporting, I raised my hand to become a photographer too. I’m glad I raised my hand that day and now I can enjoy giving Lowell the best graphics I can. When I’m not taking pictures for the publication, I’m taking pictures of cute dogs, pigeons, and flowers I find around the city or playing DDR at an arcade. You definitely won’t find me at the beach because I hate sand.
Andrea Tran, Photographer
I bought a Labrador and named him Kodak, so I can say I own a Kodak Lab.
Find me taking photos, pole vaulting, and avoiding sand :)

Anita Liu, Editor-in-Chief
Anita Liu is a senior who joined the staff of The Lowell in Fall 2017. She has spent the past three years as a photographer and the past year as the Multimedia Editor and head of research. When Anita isn’t busy doing work for journalism, school, or her other commitments, she loves getting boba or coffee with friends and traveling!
Lauren Caldwell, Photo Editor
When I’m not taking photos, I enjoy staring directly into the sun and taking long romantic walks through the Trader Joe’s Parking lot.
Susan Wong, Editor-in-Chief
Susan is a senior who spends way too much time in the Journ room. When she is not editing photos, working on the website, designing pages or editing a story, you can find her running in circles around the track, lifting heavy pieces of metal or tossing the pigskin on the field.
Xaria Lubensky, Photographer
Xaria Lubensky is a sophomore at Lowell. She will admit that her hobbies sound like a bad dating website bio: reading, music, photography, and traveling. All that's missing is the 'long walks on the beach' bit, and that's just because she hates sand. She's a fan of those questionable books that make people question ones sanity, and honestly thinks taxidermy is pretty cool, even though everyone thinks she's a vegan. (She's most definitely not a vegan.)
