Lowell’s JROTC Drum Corps won first place in the 91st Spring Competition on May 7, at Abraham Lincoln High School.
Drum Corps’ win allowed Lowell’s JROTC team to win third place overall against seven teams, according to cadet major senior Bruno Montes-Avila.
Orienteering placed second and some individuals also placed, but the Girls Drill Team and the Boys Drill Team units did not place.
Correction, 10:15 p.m.: Lowell’s JROTC team won third place overall, not first place.
